This is exactly why I shop at Target, and not Wal-Mart. Go watch the documentary “Wal-Mart: The High Cost of Low Prices” and then you will really see how wonderful Target is.

Target utilizes ‘listening to groundswell’ the best. The company listens to their guests comments, and takes them into consideration. Most companies refer to this as their market research department. Overall that is the number one thing working in Target’s favor is their guest services.

i don’t think social media should be taught in school, just the basics. we made it through without learning about all of it, and i think it’s unnecessary.

Thanks, Julie. I hadn’t noticed the difference in kerning between letters in Verdana and Arial. I’ll have to take a look at that.
